Connecting orders, invoices, and projects at AR Media Solutions

The ARMS Clients Portal we built for AR Media Solutions, and why connecting order creation, invoice workflows, and project assignments in one place matters for a small operations team.

AR Media Solutions is the company behind OBLIQ. Like most operating businesses, it manages orders, invoices, clients, and project responsibilities, and that information tends to end up in different tools.

The problem we set out to solve

When orders, invoices, clients, and project assignments each live in a separate place, the same information gets typed twice and nobody has one view of the work in progress. The question we kept asking was simple: who is responsible for this, right now? The tools could not answer it.

What we built

We developed a platform that brings order handling, invoice workflows, and project assignments into one operational environment. It supports automated order creation, document handling, and the assignment of clients and team members to projects.

Oversight stays with the team

Automation handles the repetitive steps. The team supervises the workflows, checks records, and remains responsible for approvals and business decisions. The result is a shared workspace designed to reduce fragmented administration and make project responsibilities easier to manage.

Building this for our own operations is also how we test the approach we offer to clients: start from the workflow, connect the systems, and keep people in charge of the decisions.
