The clients portal we built for AR Media Solutions. Clients place orders in their own account; the team turns them into work orders, documents, and invoices in the same place, with a clear record of who is responsible for what.
The Need
Orders, invoices, clients, and who is on which project used to live in separate tools. Nobody had one view of the work in progress, and clients had no place of their own to place an order.
